• Determine various process parameters like Heat transfer area requirement, utility requirements , factor affecting the reaction temp., pressure and how to maintain in plant scale. 
• Use of various simulation tools like chemcad / Aspen etc to determine the specifications equipment
• lculate Process and Utility Piping as per flow rate Pressure drop to ensure safe timely

Architectural, Civil and structural Designing

Design the layout plan of following area:

• Production block including intermediate area, Powder Processing day storage tank area. 
• Utility area.
• Tank form area.
• Warehouse and BSR Area. 
• HVAC Area. 
• Electrical Panel Area.
• Lab area.

Providing Detailed design and execution

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

• Preparation of basic design data as per the process.
• Review and approval of vendor's detailed
• engineering drawings and specifications

Project Execution Management:

We Will do following work in Project Management system:

• To break all project activities in Micro activities. Allocate
• time frame and manpower required to each activity.
• Track each activity as per schedule.
• Make all departments aware for job sequence  of individual department like Procurement and service departments.
• Update the management for progress of Project on weekly basis.
