Project Execution Management:

We Will do following work in Project Management system:

• To break all project activities in Micro activities. Allocate
• time frame and manpower required to each activity.
• Track each activity as per schedule.
• Make all departments aware for job sequence  of individual department like Procurement and service departments.
• Update the management for progress of Project on weekly basis.
• Provide manpower for supervision of Project activities as per site requirements.
• Verify the Workmanship and quality of Work.
• Verify the bills of contractors.
