Process Design:

• Designing of following Equipment as per process requirements:
• Process Piping.
• Utility Piping
• Heat Exchangers for Solvent Recovery.
• Distillation Column Design Check.Reactors
• Batch timing wrt Heat Transfer.

Mechanical, Utilities and Piping.

• Preparation of piping layout.
• Preparation  of  detailed  specifications  for  equipment to be procured during project execution.
• Approval of vendors’ drawings.
• Preparation of tender documents for piping, insulation and utility equipment, inviting tenders/quotes and techno commercial evaluation for selection of the vendor.

Detailed Engineering:

Electrical:

• Power Load Planning
• Drawing for Electrical lighting, Fixture and machine connections.
• Electrical layout for lighting, power, earthing etc. and route plan for Power cable, control cable etc.
• Boards, lighting fixtures/fittings, cables, D.G. sets etc

Instrumentation & Process Control:

• Optimized Process Control and instrumentation designing.
• Instruments list with detailed specifications.
• Review and approval of vendors’ detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Detailed Engineering:

Fire Safety:

• Preparation of basic data for fire & safety system requirement and to provide the inputs to the vendors for Design as per the process requirement.
• Review/check the design details/drawings provided by the vendor for finalizing the scheme.
• Technical Evaluation of the offers for selection of the vendor

HVAC System Review

• Collection of data and make design details.
• Provide Specifications for procurement of system.
• Recommend Vendors for HVAC System.
• Review the offers from Vendors and give recommendation.
• Check the drawings of the vendors.

• Collection of usage data and design Purified Water system specifications.
• Provide Specifications for procurement of new system.
• Recommend Vendors for new System.
• Review the offers from Vendors and give recommendation.
• Check the drawings of the vendors.
